Insulated Flexible Air Duct

The inner duct construction consists of 3 ply aluminium and 2 ply polyester, with a nominal thickness of 70 microns. The jacket construction includes 1 ply aluminium and 2 ply polyester, with a nominal thickness of 45 microns. The insulation is made of glass wool with thickness options of 25 mm and 50 mm, both having a density of 16 kg/m³. The diameter range of the duct is between 52 mm and 800 mm. For diameters equal to or greater than 127 mm, the wire spacing is set at 35 mm. The operating temperature range spans from -30°C to +150°C, while the maximum air velocity allowed is 30 m/s. The duct can withstand a maximum operating pressure of +3000 Pa. Its standard length is 10 meters, and it is packed in a specially designed cardboard box. In terms of fire safety, the duct is difficult to ignite.
